From 16 September to 18 December, this promotion that reaches its tenth edition, will promote rural tourism through menus, tour packages and weekend stays

The X edition of Outono Gastronómico returns to the galician rural houses in the last quarter of the year. And it does to offer, from September 16 to December 18, 2016, a full range of menus, package tours and stays weekend in one of the 92 houses of rural tourism participants belonging to the Galician Federation of Tourism rural, (FEGATUR), the Galician Association of rural Tourism (AGATUR) and Cariño rural Tourism Association. Of the 92 participants 19 are rural establishments in the province of A Coruña, 24, of Lugo; 23, of Ourense; and 26, of Pontevedra.

Galicia worked hard to create for Tourism in collaboration with the network of rural tourism establishments of Galicia, the objective of Outono Gastronómico help boost rural tourism at this time of year, offering complementary activities aimed at contributing to the seasonality of tourism.

New this year has incorporated a vintage bus that will travel the seven Galician cities and Vilagarcía to promote the program. This is a historic vehicle of the 50 that will serve as an information campaign and will also be an original display of the history of this promotion. This year informative guides also edited -in the Galician and Spanish- that are made publicly available in rural tourism establishments, tourist offices, golf courses and other public spaces themselves. In addition, the program will also be promoted through social networks and a contest on Facebook in which Turismo de Galicia will award the winners with several Weekends autumn gastronomic for two people, in collaboration with different media and centers will be promoted commercial that also offer this gift among its users.

Two different menus
Each of the participants offers two different houses, designed exclusively for the occasion menus. It also offers the possibility of acquiring allowing the autumn taste gastronomic menu and sleep in the house chosen rural tourism, including breakfast the next day. This mode offers a menu per person more bed and breakfast in one of the rural houses participating in the promotion -night Friday or Saturday to choose-.

Another possibility that is included in the promotion is to enjoy the Autumn Gastronomy Weekend, which includes two menus per person plus -night Friday and Saturday- accommodation. You want to share with family weekend in the tourist program, there is a Family Weekend gastronomic autumn including offers for two children up to 14 years. The success of previous editions consolidate this program as a well-proven and demanded proposed by the public and by houses of Galicia
