What is it?
Tool for monitoring and analyzing occupancy data, forecast, prices… available to accommodation companies that have a PMS (Property Management System).
How much will it cost me?
This tool will be free for companies that join the program.
Who can see my data?
Nobody. The system has been designed to guarantee the confidentiality of the information provided. Only aggregated and anonymized data can be consulted. The accommodation will receive a confidentiality agreement signed by the Cluster and the company providing the service.
What does it offer?
It facilitates decision-making by hosting companies, since it establishes a comparison between the company and the destination. It allows consulting data on the type of traveler and their origin, with a view to defining communication strategies. Provides a comparison between my occupancy rate and that of the destination.
What do I have to give?
Permission to connect to the establishment’s management PMS.
Who starts it?
This service is provided by the Galician Tourism Cluster, in collaboration with the integrated associations (Federations, Provincial Associations, Sectoral Associations…) and is financed by the Xunta de Galicia-Axencia Turismo de Galicia.
