The French exhibition center La Rochelle hosted a new edition of the specialized nautical tourism Le Grand Pravois, where nautical tourism and recreational facilities again have a presence fair. For the fourth consecutive year, the regional government, through Tourism Galicia and Portos de Galicia, supported the presence of this sector at the fair, in order to publicize the facilities and nautical services of Galicia, as well as resources and tourism products related to nautical tourism.
This time the participants are representatives of the nautical clubs of Ribadeo, Viveiro, Camariñas, Muxía, Combarro (Poio), San Vicente do Mar (O Grove), Vigo and Baiona who had the opportunity to establish business relations and create synergies to join all the nautical potential of our community in a common commercial offering, thus establishing a global and competitive proposal for the outside.
This fair, organized for the first time in 1973 is exclusively dedicated to the marine industry in all its forms and is one of the most important and popular boat shows in Europe constituting thus one of the main showcases for the promotion of nautical sports in France .
The privileged location in the marina of La Rochelle motivates thousands of people to visit, especially owners of pleasure craft, which motivates the success of this fair which was held from September 28 to October 3 with the participation of more than 800 exhibitors from 35 countries.
