The gastrotaberna rogue and traveling Pracer of Coruña wins the II Prize Incitus

Moncho Bargo with Pracer, a project that he himself defines as a bar of kitchen rogue and traveler, was considered by the jury with the best hotel project of the year and, therefore, creditor of the second edition of the Incitus Prize. The chefs Marcos Morán (Casa Gerardo), Pepe Solla (Casa Solla) and Xoán Crujeiras (Bido, A Estación de Cambre) were in charge of awarding the prize the tavern Corunna at a gala held at the Finca Montesqueiro where he put in Value, one more edition, to the Galician hospitality sector and its zeal for innovation and entrepreneurship.

Three were the financiers who disputed the prize to have successfully passed the process of mentoring the initiative Incitus: Casa da Ponte Vella, historic accommodation for pilgrims in Sobrado dos Monxes, the GT Coffee Scuderia themed coffee shop in Vigo, And the Cortacanta gastrotaberna, who finally got the recognition of his project, a tasca restaurant with an alternative atmosphere and good music. His proposal is based on a cuisine without a letter with seasonal products fusing recipes here and abroad. Coruña is thus raised with the prize, since the previous winner, Gonzalo Somoza, will also open in Coruna Koh Lanta, a Vietnamese tavern.
