Gastronomy is a fundamental pillar in Galicia, a major driver of tourism, based on the exceptional quality of our seafood and produce.

The Repsol Guide has just published its list of Christmas Soletes, recognizing 18 Galician establishments (restaurants, bars, wine bars, and cafes).

The list is as follows:
