Provincial Council and companies held various meetings with companies and entities for the promotion of their companies and the presentation of the destination Rías Baixas

The Hotel Grand Marina in Barcelona hosted the meeting of more than a hundred professionals from the tourism sector, media and Catalan tour operators in the First Workshop in the Catalan capital held by the Provincial Council of Pontevedra, which traveled there with 30 Pontevedra companies that held meetings with the aim of promoting their businesses and the Destination Rías Baixas.

Thus, after the working day, a cocktail presentation of the destination Rías Baixas took place in which, in addition to the president of the Galician Tourism Cluster, Cesáreo Pardal, and the president of Feprohos, César Ballesteros, also met local authorities of Barcelona and the president of the Galician Center in Barcelona. During the presentation was projected the video of We are stories and made known the main tourist attractions of the province around the heritage, the axis of promotion of the County Council during this year.

For its part, the president of the council, Carmela Silva, kept a full agenda in the Catalan capital with the aim of closing new lines of action for the empowerment of the province of Pontevedra. Thus, she was received by the mayoress of L´Hospitalet de Llobregat, Nuria Marín, with whom she exchanged views on equality policies and also held a working meeting with the management of the Gastronomic Forum, to address new avenues of collaboration that will place the destination Rías Baixas as a reference of avant-garde and quality.
