These are the 40 Galician restaurants recognized with the Repsol Suns

  • The Galician community added six new establishments with this distinction after the celebration of a new edition of this award.

Last Monday, March 4, the new Repsol Soles were delivered at the El Batel Conference Center in Murcia. Galicia was awarded six new Soles, raising the number of Galician restaurants with this recognition to 40: 25 with one Sol, 13 with two Soles, and 2 with three Soles (the highest level). Data that reflects the good health of Galician gastronomy, one of the most recognized nationally.

 

All four provinces are represented on the list. All the award-winning restaurants have great chefs at the helm and base their proposals on quality and local raw materials.

 

The new Galician additions to the Repsol Guide were: Eclectic and Terreno Cocina Casual (A Coruña); O’fragón (Fisterra), Balarés (Ponteceso), Simpar (Santiago de Compostela) and Javier Montero (Ribadeo). The complete list:
