With the support of the Clúster Turismo de Galicia, the companies Viajes Interrias, Galiwonders, Pilgrim and Pambretours participated in Turespaña’s Direct Business Days held in Cartagena de Indias, a B2B event that brought together tour operators and specialized agents from the Latin American market.

 

The Galician presence at these events has helped consolidate the visibility of Galicia as a destination and further its positioning as a diverse region, ready to offer cultural, natural, and heritage experiences tailored to different types of travelers.

 

  • A strategic platform to showcase Galicia’s tourism offerings

 

During the event, Galician representatives were able to highlight the breadth and variety of Galicia’s tourism offerings, emphasizing products and experiences designed to meet the demands of a growing market like Colombia. Their participation also provided an opportunity to share proposals with an experiential focus, featuring integrated services and specialized attention.

The sessions also served to explore new alliances with tour operators and local agencies interested in developing tourism products with guarantees, professional support, and logistics adapted to international standards. Growth opportunities were also identified in the Colombian market, where interest in cultural and experiential destinations continues to rise.

 

As a continuation of this internationalization effort, Turespaña has announced the organization of a Reverse Trade Day in Galicia aimed at the LATAM Premium market, which will strengthen commercial ties and bring the destination closer to the Latin American professional channel.
