With the aim of continuing to strengthen Galicia’s position as a quality, diverse, and sustainable tourism destination, the Galician Tourism Cluster is organizing two professional workshops this week in Valencia and Porto, two markets with high potential for tourism outflows to the Galician community.
The events will take place on Tuesday, May 20th in Valencia and Wednesday, May 21st in Porto, and will feature the participation of 26 companies. Additionally, Turismo de Galicia, ‘Galicia Destino Sostible’ and Turismo de Sanxenxo will also be present with a panel. The president of the Cluster, Cesáreo Pardal, will participate in the institutional presentations of both events.
The meetings are designed as networking opportunities for the Galician tourism sector and local tour operators. They will include a promotional presentation on Galicia as a sustainable tourism destination, as well as a closing cocktail reception. A raffle will also be held among participating organizations to promote networking and new business opportunities.
These events will also highlight Galician wine tourism, thanks to the collaboration of the Galician wineries Mar de Frades, Paco & Lola, Martín Códax, Terras Gauda, and Vionta, which will offer their wines at the planned tastings.
