The Cluster participates this week in the 6th International Congress on Tourism and Sport in Ourense

  • The program brings together some twenty specialists from Spain and Portugal who will analyze, on December 11th and 12th, the different dimensions of active tourism and sport.

Expourense is hosting this week a meeting of professionals in active tourism and sport, which can be followed in person or virtually.

The congress is structured in three sections designed to address the current demands of the sector.

  1. Dedicated to accessibility and inclusion in tourist destinations and natural areas, and which will include the participation of the Cluster’s brand, Galicia Destino Sostible (Galicia Sustainable Destination), presenting experiences and examples of best practices.
  2. Workshop focused on sports financing, one of the issues that most concerns event organizers.
  3. Active Municipalities Forum, aimed at municipalities that are committed to sports and nature tourism, and a theoretical-practical first aid workshop geared towards sport and active tourism.
