The Cluster participates in the MAST Sales Sensation in Chicago, approaching the US market

  • The Cluster and the tourist brand ‘Galicia Sustainable Destination’ participated in this convention last Tuesday, November 19.

The Galicia Tourism Cluster maintains its commitment to the internationalization of the destination. On Tuesday, November 19, a new edition of the MAST Sales Sensation convention in Chicago was held, an event organized annually by the MAST Travel Network entity and made up of more than 300 American tour operators. With this, the Cluster now has two participations in the Chicago workshop.

 

The CTG participated with the catalogs Galicia Travel Agencies and Galicia, a luxury for your senses, in addition to the tourism brand ‘Galicia Sustainable Destination’, an initiative of the Cluster that has the support of the Xunta de Galicia-Turismo de Galicia. During the event, up to 85 meetings were held with American tour operators, establishing new key contacts, as many of them were owners of the travel agencies they represented.

 

The event was created as a great opportunity to introduce Galicia to those tour operators who were unaware of the Galicia destination, as well as to reinforce the qualities and opportunities that our territory offers to those who were already familiar with it.
