The Galicia Tourism Cluster will once again manage the business space at the Galicia stand during the next edition of FITUR, which will be held in Madrid from January 21 to 25, 2026.
This space, located in Hall 9 of IFEMA (stands 9C07 and 9C09), will feature 21 tables for professional meetings between Galician companies and tour operators, with the aim of facilitating networking and generating collaboration and business opportunities for the sector.
To organize the meeting schedule, the Cluster has set up the email address fitur@clusterturismogalicia.com, through which interested companies can request a reservation for a date and time for their meetings. The request must include the participating company, the tour operator with whom the meeting will be held, and the number of attendees. Meetings will be scheduled in 30-minute time slots to optimize the use of the space.
During the fair, the organization will coordinate appointments and supervise the proper functioning of the meeting area.
The experience of the previous edition confirms the relevance of this initiative. In 2025, more than 1,500 professionals participated in the meetings held in the networking area of the Galicia stand, promoted by the Xunta de Galicia (Regional Government of Galicia), reaching a record number of 500 professional meetings.
The International Tourism Fair will take place at IFEMA, Madrid. Exclusive access for professionals will be from January 21 to 23, from 10:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. On the weekend, Saturday the 24th (from 10:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.) and Sunday the 25th (from 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.), the fair will open its doors to the general public, who will be able to learn firsthand about destinations and trends in the tourism sector.
