For the sixth consecutive year the gastronomic promotion of the province of Lugo will be at La Vuelta Ciclista

For the sixth consecutive year, the Provincial Association of Hospitality Professionals in Lugo (APEHL) has again promoted the gastronomy of the province  in the 72nd edition of La Vuelta, the cycling tour to Spain, which began last week in France.

With the sponsorship of the Xunta de Galicia, APHEL developed a campaign to spread the gastronomic, landscape, cultural, architectural, festive and other charms. Until September 10, the stand of “And to eat, Lugo” was installed in the VIP area of ​​all departures of stage and in it is to offer, as usual, tastings of autochthonous products facilitated in an altruistic way by the regulatory councils of the DO Ribeira Sacra, IXP Ternera Gallega, DOP Queso Arzúa-Ulloa, DOP Queso del Cebreiro, IXP Potato of Galicia , IXP Castaña de Galicia, IXP Grelos de Galicia, IXP Pemento de Mougan, IXP Mel de Galicia, IXP Fabas de Lourenzá and Organic Agriculture of Galicia, Asovega, Burela Shipowners, Daveiga and Afapán Cookies. In addition, copies of the new volume of the guide “And to eat, Lugo” are distributed.
