Costa das Ondas organizes a workshop to promote surf tourism in the region

The former Hospice of Ferrol on Thursday 30 November the first Workshop of Costa das Ondas, an initiative promoted with the aim of serving as a professional meeting point for all companies linked to the surfing sector and, especially, for those associated with Costa das Ondas, the tourist product of surfing destination Ferrolterra that promotes the Commonwealth with the support of the Xunta and the Provincial Council.
The event will start at 16:00h and will be attended by leading figures from the tourism sector who will address the importance of professionalization of the sector and the creation of synergies for local development. The workshop will be followed by the beginning of the workshop where companies will participate in small meetings in order to create relationships that will boost the competitiveness of tourism companies and the entire business sector of the territory.
All kinds of companies related to surfing, active tourism and nature tourism are invited to participate in the event, from travel agencies to surf schools, including restaurants, surf houses, hotels and rural houses, surf shops, photography, image, graphic design and web design companies, as well as content and social network managers, with the participation of a representative of the Galician Tourism Cluster and companies such as Abanca, among others. Registration is free of charge and can be formalized on the Costa das Ondas website.
