The Galician Tourism Cluster is once again offering the sector its free consulting service for obtaining and/or maintaining the Q for Quality and the S for Sustainable Tourism. This initiative aims to facilitate the certification process for companies in the sector interested in strengthening their commitment to excellence and sustainability.

This service, part of the collaboration agreements with the Galician Tourism Agency (Xunta de Galicia), is designed to provide technical support to tourism establishments in implementing the requirements necessary to obtain and/or maintain these nationally and internationally recognized certifications.

What do these certifications offer?

• The Q for Tourism Quality guarantees demanding standards in the management, services, and facilities of tourism organizations.
• The S for Sustainability recognizes the implementation of good practices aligned with the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), rewarding companies that move toward a more environmentally friendly and responsible model.

The consulting service ranges from technical assistance to support during external audits and the evaluation of the certificates obtained. In the case of sustainability certification, support is also provided for compliance with the corresponding technical and regulatory specifications, such as UNE-ISO 21401:2019.
