Friday is the deadline to apply for the 2022 call of Galicia Tourism, which will cover up to 70% of the costs of auditing and use of the seal.

This Friday, 10 June, is the deadline for applying for aid from the Galician Tourism Agency to cover the costs of certification, renewal and use of the Q for Quality seal. This call, with a total budget of 170,000 euros, will cover up to 70% of the costs related to these certifications granted by the Institute for Spanish Tourism Quality (ICTE), and complements the support service that, within the framework of the agreement signed between Galicia Tourism Agency and the Galicia Tourism Cluster, covers the costs of consultancy services for companies.

The aid will be available to private individuals or legal entities that are owners of tourist establishments or services and have registered their activity in the Xunta’s Register of Tourism Companies and Activities. In addition, in the case of companies, they must fall into the category of SMEs (small and medium-sized enterprises).

The call will also cover the costs for the S for Sustainability, the new seal launched by the ICTE to certify compliance with the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) and which in Galicia already has a dozen establishments adhered.
