BioCultura & Ecoturismo A Coruña 2026 strengthens its professional profile with a program focused on sustainable business

  • A pre-event familiarization trip to A Coruña, Betanzos, and the Biosphere Reserve marks the main new feature of this edition

The eighth edition of BioCultura & Ecoturismo A Coruña 2026, to be held from March 6 to 8 at ExpoCoruña, takes a step forward in its professionalization with a specific program aimed at promoting ecotourism as a strategic sector.

Among this year’s main new features is the organization of a familiarization trip (Fam Trip) the day before the fair begins, with a tour of the city of A Coruña, Betanzos, and the Mariñas Coruñesas Biosphere Reserve. This initiative will allow tour operators and professionals to learn firsthand about projects related to urban regeneration, organic production, and the integration of local culture, nature, and gastronomy.

The Galicia Tourism Cluster will collaborate with the organization of the Fam Trip, as part of its commitment to the development of sustainable and high-quality tourism in the region, thus reinforcing the professional and strategic dimension of this edition.

  • Workshop with tour operators and extensive specialized program on sustainable tourism

Another significant addition is the professional workshop on the first day of the fair, which will facilitate direct meetings between ecotourism proposals and tour operators, fostering the generation of business opportunities and connecting specialized supply and demand.

In addition, BioCultura & Ecoturismo 2026 will feature a wide program of activities, presentations and networking spaces focused on sustainable tourism, consolidating the fair as a meeting point for destinations, companies and professionals working around a responsible tourism model linked to the territory.
