The Galician Crafts and Design Centre promotes the celebration of professional conferences that bring together artists and professionals in Galician restoration

The Consellería de Economía, Empleo e Industria, through the Fundación Centro Galego da Artesanía e do Diseño, are organising the First Professional Craftsmanship Days at Plate on the 1st and 2nd of October, an initiative that aims to strengthen the promotion and commercialisation of Galician craft products through a creative space linked to the hotel and catering trade. The appointment is in the City of Culture, from 11 to 21.30 hours, through craft workshops that will present their products and a program of activities that allow them to know these products and their use in the restoration. In addition, training courses will be held by the Portuguese plastic artist and photographer José Lourenço, related to photography and the social network Instagram.

In this first edition of the Craftsmanship in Plate Days will be present 32 artists from the four provinces as well as 7 prominent Galician chefs (Pepe Solla, Lucía Frietas, Jorge Gago, Juan Crujeiras, Álvaro Fuentes and Diego López) in an event that will not lack gastronomy, quality Galician products and music.
