OPC Galicia attended the celebration of the National Congress of OPC Spain, which was held in Burgos between 18 and 20 February. The president of the Galician OPCs said that to succeed, they must “establish formulas of clear, open and transparent communication; share information, plans and resources of both parties; and share the pressure, without downloading the provider complications. ” He also called for “establishing clear payment agreements and fulfill them.”
