The fifth edition of Fairway will be held from November 1 to 3 at the Galicia Palace of Congresses and Exhibitions. This event will have the participation of more than 220 brands and will facilitate more than 3,000 work meetings to promote the Jacobean routes. Up to 40 national and international tour operators (including countries such as the United States, Japan, Canada, Italy, Bulgaria, South Africa or Argentina) will participate in the event.
This time the theme focuses on sustainability. Fairway will talk about the circular economy from different perspectives: with an exhibition space, debates of interest for the future of the sector, business meetings, practical training and success stories from which to be inspired.
One of the great novelties of this V edition is the Employment Fair, which will take place during the first day of the event, on November 1. In this way, the Camino de Santiago forum will include a hiring space focused on the hospitality and hospitality sectors. At the moment, there are already 16 companies that will offer job positions, highlighting the demand for receptionists, tour guides, reservation agents and room waiters.
In addition to this, famtrips and presstrips will also be carried out with around thirty tour operators and media with the aim of getting to know the Portuguese Way, the Muxía-Fisterra and the Primitivo in first person, starting in Asturias.
The program incorporates different types of activities that you can consult through the official forum page.
