The conference is aimed at technical staff, informants and active tourist guides with an interest in learning about the values of the National Park, its operation and aspects related to visitor management in this protected space.

The first day there will be an online phase in which theoretical issues about the Atlantic Islands National Park will be discussed, and which will end with a test. On the second day, the face-to-face phase will take place on the island of Sálvora, with which the contents discussed the previous day will be contrasted in a practical way. People who attend all the training and pass the basic knowledge test will obtain an official certificate of attendance.
