The Galician Tourism Cluster celebrates two commercial missions in Andalusia to make known the Galician tourist offer.

ACTIVITIES

The Galician Tourism Cluster celebrates two commercial missions in Andalusia to make known the Galician tourist offer.

A total of 45 Galician businessmen will hold meetings with the Malaga and Seville Tour Operators in two working days.

The CTG thus continues the proximity workshops it has been holding for three years with the aim of generating professional synergies with Portugal and national destinations.

Malaga and Seville have been the national destinations chosen this year by the Galician Tourism Cluster to give continuity to the proximity workshops started three years ago in national destinations. With this initiative the CTG seeks to bring the Galician tourist offer to destinations accessible to two or three hours maximum by plane through actions that include the promotion of destination but also direct contact with the tour operator.

With these initiatives, assures the president of the Galician Tourism Cluster, Cesáreo Pardal, “we deepen in the identification of markets of interest proximity, in the improvement of the commercialization and in the promotion of destination that for the Tourism Cluster is a fundamental work that is in hands of the different public administrations but that we, as private sector, complement generating very positive synergies between businessmen, facilitating professional meetings B2B in a context of professional agenda that we know is the best way to begin to establish commercial relations”.

The first stop of these annual workshops will be held this afternoon in Malaga to continue tomorrow in Seville, where the 45 participating Galician businessmen will hold B2B meetings with Andalusian professionals to whom they will present new services, packages, accommodation and services to enjoy the Galician territory.
Third edition of the proximity workshops
After Malaga and Seville, the 2019 proximity workshops will conclude with a working day to be held in Lisbon on 30 October, concluding the third edition of the Galician Tourism Cluster’s Destination Proximity Workshop, designed to bring Galician tourism offerings closer to national destinations that have the perfect conditions to emit national tourism to the Galician territory.
