The Galicia Tourism Cluster is promoting the presence of Galician companies in the Hosted Buyers Program at BTL Lisbon 2026, which will be held from February 25 to March 1 at the Lisbon International Fair (FIL). Galicia Tourism will have its own stand at this event, one of the most important in the Portuguese tourism market.
The Hosted Buyers Program will take place on February 25 and 26 in the FIL’s multipurpose pavilion and is designed to foster professional B2B meetings between exhibiting companies and selected international buyers. The meetings will be held in a dedicated space for the program and will allow participants to establish direct business contacts in a professional environment.
In this edition, the registration fee for the program is €300 plus VAT, which will be covered by the Galician Tourism Cluster in collaboration with the Galician Tourism Agency (Xunta de Galicia). A total of 10 places are available to interested companies. Participants are responsible for their own travel and accommodation expenses to attend the fair.
Meetings will be managed through the Business FIL platform, which will be accessible to confirmed participants. Meetings will depend on the interest of the Hosted Buyers, who will send meeting requests that must be accepted by exhibitors within 24 hours. Some meetings may be conducted in English, so a good command of the language is recommended.
Participation is primarily aimed at wholesale inbound tour operators, with only one person per organization allowed. Registrations will be processed in the order they are received, although other interested companies may apply if spaces become available.
