  • A landing website, a Social and Google Ads campaign, an audiovisual piece and a raffle are some of the actions that were part of the campaign.

The Galician Tourism Cluster successfully concludes the campaign to promote the Galicia Family Destination (GDF) tourism brand, designed to make visible and position Galician establishments specialized in the family segment. During the month of November, this initiative managed to generate a significant impact, reaching a total of 604,758 impressions and 5,012 clicks in its different digital actions.

 

A call to disconnect and reconnect

 

Under the claim “Activate the off mode. Activate the GDF mode”, the campaign invited families to disconnect from the daily routine, rediscover quality time and enjoy everything that Galicia offers as a family destination. This message, accompanied by an audiovisual piece and a comprehensive digital strategy, had a notable reach both among the Galician public and in the rest of the national territory.

 

Strategy and notable actions

 

The campaign combined different tools to maximize its impact:

 

  • Audiovisual piece: a promotional video that showed the multiple possibilities of the brand, highlighting accommodations, restaurants and activities adapted for families. With 5 audiovisual pills that accompanied the main message.
  • Landing page: designed to centralize information about the initiative and facilitate access to brand details.
  • Paid Media: strategies in Google Ads and Social Ads, which achieved great visibility.
  • Raffle on Galicia Destino Familiar’s Instagram: €300 to enjoy at any of the establishments with the GDF seal, an action that generated direct interaction with the brand’s followers and expanded the reach of the campaign.

 

The campaign has served not only to reinforce the visibility of the establishments participating in Galicia Destino Familiar, but also to consolidate the brand as a benchmark in quality family tourism. This success reaffirms the commitment of the Galician Tourism Cluster with the promotion of sustainable tourism adapted to the needs of all audiences.
