Santiago hosts Compostela Illustrated to encourage the tourism of city portraitists

Promoted by the cartoonist MiguelAnxo Prado with the support of the city council, Santiago hosts from 11 to 13 November a new initiative, Compostela Ilustrada which seeks to summon fans and artists of the illustration to meet in the Galician capital. Oriented to a different audience niche, that of the artist who seeks a tranquil, inspiring journey through the streets of the city, the program includes a series of payment workshops that will be given by renowned artists of the sector such as Catel Muller, Jorge González , Maria Meijide, David Pintor, Sagar Forniés or Inma Serrano, a unique opportunity to get in touch with these professionals, who during these days will portray the city from the point of view of a visitor.
After the conference, the Torrente Ballester Foundation will host an exhibition with the material generated during these days.
