Pedro Larumbe, Pepe Solla and Luis Veira are the guest chefs for the presentation of the new edition of Incitus, the initiative to revitalize the Galician hospitality which reaches its second edition. Promoted by the association of private and non-profit Incitus Movement, the new edition begins on May 19 in Compostela with an event at A Quinta da Auga in which will meet these top chefs accompanied by the director of the Instituto Galego do Viño, Xoan Cannas.
Open to anyone interested in attending, if you have an idea or a project you want to realize, present it to Incitus 2016, can enter to participate in the mentoring of his idea. The deadline for submitting the bid ends next June 30.
